As a Risk Consulting Team Manager at AXA Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced risk consultants in the Property sector. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to your team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver high-quality risk consulting services.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, helping your team members to grow and excel in their roles.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with Underwriting and Sales teams to develop and maintain strong relationships, driving business growth and success.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Global Collaboration: Contribute to the development of risk consulting functions globally, working on projects that drive business growth and innovation.

You will report to the Head of Risk Consulting Northern Europe, based in Cologne.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Expertise: A degree in a technical field (Dipl. Ing. or equivalent) or a comparable qualification with relevant work experience.
  • Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in risk consulting (as a Field Engineer or Account Consultant) or a comparable field.
  • Leadership Potential: Experience or potential in team leadership and management.
  • Analytical and Conceptual Skills: Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work flexibly and under pressure.
  • Language Skills: Very good German and English language skills.
