We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Manpower Experts GmbH. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes for our clients.

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals for our clients, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and service.
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes, taking into account client preferences and dietary requirements.
• Collaborate with our sales team to understand client needs and preferences, and to develop customized menu solutions.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order, and that all health and safety regulations are met.

• Proven experience as a chef or culinary specialist in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, and ability to maintain high standards in the kitchen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and junior staff.
• Ability to work under pressure, and to meet deadlines and targets in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
