We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Leader / Branch Manager to join our team at PENNY in Emmerting. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

• Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
• Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store image.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail professionals to meet business objectives.

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
