Compliance Officer

About the Role

MOSCA is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer / Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to the company on all matters related to corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure the company's adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities.
• Manage and maintain the company's global insurance contracts, ensuring that all necessary coverage is in place.
• Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on compliance and regulatory matters.

Requirements

• JD or LLB degree from a reputable institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate law, compliance, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
