Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team at Actief Personalmanagement GmbH. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials within our warehouse and distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials
- Oversee the operation of our warehouse and distribution center, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Develop and implement efficient logistics processes and procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and materials
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics or related field preferred
