IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator

For our esteemed partner in the healthcare industry, we are seeking a Project Manager for IT Infrastructure (m/f/d) to join their team in a direct placement role.

As the IT Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include the development and enhancement of project management for IT infrastructure. You will be tasked with establishing the standards and processes for project management and ensuring their implementation across various IT teams. Additionally, you will oversee multi-project management and take charge of individual IT projects.

In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the Head of IT Infrastructure as part of a support unit.

Your responsibilities:

  • Development and enhancement of IT infrastructure project management
  • Designing and defining project management standards, templates, and processes
  • Implementing project management and the project portfolio in collaboration with project staff in other IT departments
  • Monitoring the IT infrastructure project portfolio and conducting ongoing analysis of the IT landscape to identify new project opportunities
  • Taking charge of and managing individual IT projects
  • Evaluating existing IT processes and subsequently defining new processes while establishing process standards and methodologies

Your qualifications:

  • Extensive professional experience in IT infrastructure and IT project management
  • Strong methodological knowledge in project management (e.g., Prince2, IPMA, Lean, ITIL, or similar)
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure components (e.g., servers, clients, networks, cloud)
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and spoken German language skills
