- Completion of training in a metalworking field is preferred.
- Possession of a valid welding certification with ISO credentials (WIG and/or WIG/E).
- Demonstrate a reliable, independent, and structured work approach.
- Ability to produce high-quality welds that are radiographically sound.
- Willingness to work overtime and shifts as needed.
