To enhance our team, we are in search of a Global Brand Community Leader (f/m/d).
Responsibilities:
Strengthen and Develop the ZEISS Brand:
This role involves taking strategic leadership and global accountability for establishing a vibrant and engaging ZEISS Brand Community.
Facilitate the global ZEISS organization in effectively utilizing and promoting the ZEISS Brand:
Consistency and coherence in brand application across various business units and regions is crucial for a successful Branded House strategy.
The objective of this position is to manage global brand community initiatives throughout the ZEISS Group, empowering all employees and selected external partners to understand and implement the ZEISS Brand in a unified and impactful manner.
Adapt and refine the overarching ZEISS Brand Strategy in alignment with the ZEISS Group strategy to ensure ZEISS remains a leading technology brand and a valuable asset for the business.
Lead the Brand Community Management Team:
Guide the central Brand Community Management team and contribute to the growth of the team and the broader Corporate Brand, Communications, and Public Affairs departments.
Evaluate the current ZEISS brand community and existing enablement initiatives to develop and execute a Brand Community strategy that aligns with the one-brand strategy.
Continue to oversee existing brand enablement initiatives, ensuring effective information dissemination and process-driven activities within your area of responsibility.
Contribute to Strategic Projects:
Engage in key initiatives and projects led by the Corporate Brand, Communications, and Public Affairs department.
Qualifications:
University degree, MBA, or equivalent qualification in strategic branding, marketing, communications, or international business.
Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in community management, brand management, marketing, or communications for a prominent global brand, or equivalent experience in brand strategy and marketing consulting.
Proven track record in global brand experience design and in building and managing global brand communities.
Familiarity with standard marketing concepts and terminology, including brand portfolio strategy, customer journey, and market research.
Ideally, experience with the dynamics of roles in international organizations.
Expertise in leading transformational processes and change management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
