Become an integral part of an international and pioneering project team focused on the advancement of hydrogen technologies for zero-emission mobility.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the establishment of a new production facility dedicated to hydrogen pressure storage while facilitating the localization of strategic automotive initiatives for Voith in Asia.
  • Take charge of the development, elaboration, and assessment of factory and layout planning, ensuring alignment with process managers from various specialist departments.
  • Manage the entire process of plant procurement, from selecting suppliers and creating specifications to the final acceptance of the plant.
  • Identify cross-functional dependencies and coordinate them independently, particularly with the Development, Purchasing, and Quality departments.
  • Assist business and production management in preparing comprehensive decision-making documents.

Your Qualifications

  • A degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Relevant professional experience in factory planning for automotive series production is preferred; however, motivated newcomers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, a comprehensive understanding of systems, and professionalism in communication and presentation across various hierarchical levels.
  • Project management expertise with the ability to work autonomously within cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20%) is essential.
