Join Our Team as a Junior Insights & Analytics Manager

We are INNOCEAN Worldwide Europe GmbH, a marketing and communications network that combines pan-European collaboration with local expertise and execution. Our team is looking for a talented Junior Insights & Analytics Manager to join our Insights & Analytics team in Frankfurt.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources, including market research projects, external and internal statistics, web analytics, and more.
  • Support the development of marketing intelligence by creating market and target audience profiles, customer journey maps, and views on the competitive landscape.
  • Conduct desk research and research using information platforms like creative databases, trend databases, and marketing intelligence platforms.
  • Review third-party reports from research vendors, our media-agency, Google, and other sources.
  • Support the development and implementation of continuous and ad hoc market research projects, such as brand tracking, creative post- and pre-tests, product and service satisfaction surveys, and product clinics.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external research vendors, agencies, and clients to ensure high-quality market research and intelligence outputs.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, psychology, sociology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including survey design, focus groups, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, or similar; experience with web analytics and social listening tools is a plus.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to diverse audiences.
  • First experience in customer insights, market research, or a similar role, with a strong drive to deliver actionable insights would be advantageous.
  • First experience in developing customer personas, journey maps, and other tools that inform customer-centric strategies would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • A curious mind paired with a passion for understanding customer needs, markets, and product characteristics.
