About the Role

MOSCA is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Technical Service team. As a Service Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating installation activities with our field technicians
  • Support in the post-service activities, including data collection and documentation
  • Collaborate with the service team to develop and implement service offerings
  • Support in creating service requests and tickets in our SAP system
  • Maintain and update machine data and locations

Requirements

  • Currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
