We are seeking a Regional IT Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate IT service delivery across multiple countries including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, and Poland. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison for local stakeholders, managing a diverse team of internal personnel, contractors, and service providers.
Your responsibilities will encompass extensive interaction with business stakeholders and leading various IT service initiatives. You will represent Global IT to our end users, ensuring they receive the necessary support while guiding the Onsite IT team. We are looking for a proactive, diplomatic leader who is committed to achieving excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Management and enhancement of IT service delivery in the E3 Region, adhering to Global IT standards and processes.
- Accountability for the end-user experience concerning IT support and infrastructure within the E3 region.
- Organization and oversight of 2nd level IT support in alignment with established IT standards and service level agreements.
- Leadership of the IT service delivery team (primarily 2nd level IT support) across the E3 region.
- Local management of contracts and service providers for all IT services in E3, including coordination with external IT service providers, performance monitoring, and annual IT budget management.
- Ensuring the successful execution of global IT projects in line with agreed parameters.
- Collaboration on IT projects and tasks, including change management, end-user communication, and teamwork with other IT delivery and global IT teams.
- Ensuring IT compliance through regular monitoring and adjustment of IT processes.
- Management of IT demand within the region.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a globally oriented IT team.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in leading an IT support team.
- University degree (minimum B.Sc., preferably M.Sc.) in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of IT client infrastructure, including relevant technologies and services, with the ability to communicate IT services effectively to business stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
- Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong capacity for learning.
- Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally.
