About the Role

Xempus, a leading Insurtech company, is seeking a Senior Content Manager to drive the development and implementation of content marketing strategies. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating targeted content for various channels and audiences, collaborating with subject matter experts to produce engaging content, and driving the content marketing strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement
  • Create user-centric messaging and consistent storytelling to resonate with target audiences
  • Transform strong content into different formats for optimal reach and growth, including blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters
  • Plan and create audience-oriented content with input from product and customer experts to ensure relevance and accuracy
  • Oversee SEO planning and effective keyword clustering to improve content visibility and search engine rankings
  • Analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on data and user feedback to continuously improve results
  • Generate relevant content for social media channels to increase awareness and engagement
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of editorial experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B Tech/Enterprise Software or Insurance sector
  • Experience in developing and implementing content strategies to drive business results
  • Proficient in Content Management Systems like WordPress, HubSpot, and new content tools
  • Strategic thinker and hands-on contributor with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent German and English language skills
