Sustainability Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Manager to join our team at Cybex GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving our product portfolio towards industry-leading sustainability standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term sustainability roadmap in collaboration with our Head of Sustainability.
- Lead and support the execution of sustainability-related projects across various teams, including Design, Research & Development, Project Management, Quality, Procurement, and Financial Controlling.
- Facilitate the adoption of international sustainability frameworks, such as CSRD, Eco-Design for Sustainable Products, and SBTi.
- Engage and support lifecycle analytics for products and materials.
- Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics and KPIs.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives.
Requirements:
- An academic degree in sustainability management, science, or engineering with a focus on sustainability.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting and compliance standards.
- Proven track record in managing sustainability projects and initiatives.
- Experience/knowledge in product environmental footprinting (LCA).
