Job Opportunity: Deputy Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Chef to join our team at Raditi, obrt za poslovne usluge. As a Deputy Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies
• Ensure that the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times
• Assist with the management of kitchen staff, including scheduling and timekeeping

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Deputy Chef in a similar environment
• Proven track record of excellent food preparation and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
