Finsterwalder Transport & Logistik is a renowned logistics company with a focus on providing top-notch transportation and logistics services across Europe. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at our Türkheim location.

Your Responsibilities:
- **Leading and managing a team of up to 10 warehouse employees to ensure the smooth flow of goods from incoming to outgoing shipments**

• Actively participating in warehouse operations with a hands-on approach and identifying areas for process improvement
• Serving as a key communication link between team leaders, warehouse management, and dispatch personnel
• Proactively addressing issues and proposing solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work environment

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in logistics with initial exposure to personnel management
• Education in logistics or related field (e.g. Warehouse Logistics Specialist, Freight Forwarding Specialist, Logistics Master)
• Strong organizational skills, independent work ethic, and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to motivate and create a positive work environment for the team
• Results-oriented, proactive, and open to change
