Job Title: Office and Quality Management Assistant

We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Office and Quality Management Assistant for a distinguished organization in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute administrative functions within the office, oversee orders in our inventory systems, and monitor essential performance metrics.
  • Serve as a liaison for clients, external partners, and team members.
  • Propose innovative concepts in quality management or apply existing protocols, while proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Ensure systematic document management on the intranet.
  • Manage general office responsibilities and deliver customer assistance.
Qualifications
  • Completion of a commercial training program with ideally some background in quality management.
  • Proficient in MS Office and possess a meticulous and independent work ethic.
  • Exhibit strong organizational capabilities and a readiness to assume responsibility for quality management.
  • Aim to make a significant professional contribution in this role.
  • Previous experience is advantageous, but a willingness to learn is equally appreciated.
