Your Responsibilities:
- Manage reporting for the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Enhance and streamline the reporting system through content improvements and automation.
- Support the regional budgeting and forecasting processes by maintaining templates and conducting quality checks.
- Collaborate with the regional CFO to analyze business performance and prepare proposals for management discussions.
- Participate in selected finance projects focused on the EMEA region.
- Serve as a point of contact for sales and controlling teams regarding customer and product data.
- Act as the key user for the investment approval process tool in the EMEA region.
Your Profile:
- A relevant university degree in Business Administration or Finance, with some practical experience preferred.
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
- A passion for addressing business challenges with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP FICO, VBA, or Python is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in an international setting and navigate cultural differences.
- Independent worker with excellent communication skills and business fluent English; knowledge of German or other European languages is advantageous.
