Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the recruitment of external personnel.
• Efficiently manage critical business requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for personnel managers, HR business partners, procurement, and other internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with brokers, suppliers, and staffing agencies in close coordination with procurement.
• Handle inquiries and interactions regarding recruitment processes, procedural management, measures, and timelines.
• Conduct market research for new requests, extensions, and modifications.
• Coordinate framework contract calls, aligning with benchmark rates and managing negotiations.
• Oversee calls and create purchase orders.
Candidate Profile:
• Completed training as a personnel services specialist or equivalent.
• Several years of professional experience in the placement of service and temporary contracts.
• Solid knowledge of legal and compliance matters concerning contingent workers and contract types.
• Experience in results-oriented work (adhering to deadlines, preparing information for management).
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid work permit for the EU.
