Position: Account Manager (m/f/d) in Wound Management

Region: North Rhine-Westphalia

Locations: Münster, Ahaus, Coesfeld, Dülmen, Hamm, Warendorf

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of all sales and marketing initiatives for the designated business area within your region.
  • Advocate for our concepts and products with the aim of boosting sales and performance in specialist and general medicine, home care, and nursing services.
  • Expand HARTMANN's market presence by nurturing existing client relationships and securing new accounts.
  • Enjoy the opportunity to organize and lead customer workshops and training sessions, while also engaging in defined projects, trade shows, and customer events.

Qualifications:

  • A background in business, nursing (e.g., nursing professional), or a pharmaceutical/natural science field (PTA/PKA) is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of several years in sales with complex products.
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills, coupled with a drive for performance and goal achievement, self-organization abilities, and sales acumen.
  • Approach changes and conflicts with an open and constructive mindset.
  • An established network within the region and target audience is valued.
  • Familiarity with customer internal processes and structures relevant to the target audience.
  • A willingness to travel frequently is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license Class B.
