Position: Account Manager (m/f/d) in Wound Management
Region: North Rhine-Westphalia
Locations: Münster, Ahaus, Coesfeld, Dülmen, Hamm, Warendorf
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of all sales and marketing initiatives for the designated business area within your region.
- Advocate for our concepts and products with the aim of boosting sales and performance in specialist and general medicine, home care, and nursing services.
- Expand HARTMANN's market presence by nurturing existing client relationships and securing new accounts.
- Enjoy the opportunity to organize and lead customer workshops and training sessions, while also engaging in defined projects, trade shows, and customer events.
Qualifications:
- A background in business, nursing (e.g., nursing professional), or a pharmaceutical/natural science field (PTA/PKA) is advantageous.
- Proven track record of several years in sales with complex products.
- Strong customer focus and communication skills, coupled with a drive for performance and goal achievement, self-organization abilities, and sales acumen.
- Approach changes and conflicts with an open and constructive mindset.
- An established network within the region and target audience is valued.
- Familiarity with customer internal processes and structures relevant to the target audience.
- A willingness to travel frequently is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license Class B.
