About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Rooms Division Manager to join our team at Althoff Hotels. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for leading the Rooms Division department and driving excellence in guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Rooms Division team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve departmental targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Director of Rooms and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Analyze guest feedback, financial performance, and operational data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Motivate and develop the Rooms Division team to achieve their full potential and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Support the development and implementation of departmental budgets, service standards, and quality control processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Rooms Division Manager or similar role in a high-end hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest satisfaction principles.
