Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team at BTC Electronic Components. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and quality control.
- Review and verify certifications and documentation for all incoming shipments.
- Store goods in a safe and organized manner, utilizing our warehouse management system.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to efficiently move goods throughout the warehouse.
- Pick and pack goods for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Post goods movements in our ERP system, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Basic Qualifications:
- Completed vocational qualification in warehouse logistics or a related field.
- Extensive experience in warehouse logistics, preferably with a focus on inventory control and management.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory control practices.
- Physical resilience and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
