About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at VMT. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including responding to financial inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
