Job Summary
We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Hagen. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, helping customers find the right products, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Help customers find the right products, using your knowledge and expertise to make recommendations and provide product information.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets, through proactive sales techniques and effective communication.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn about new products and services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales targets.
- Fluency in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
