Legal and Intellectual Property Administration Expert

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Legal/IP Administration Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for maintaining our legal frameworks and supporting our European operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. **Contract Database Management**: Enhance and oversee the contract database for our European entities.
2. **Collaboration**: Act as a subject matter expert, engaging with internal stakeholders regarding contract database issues.
3. **Corporate Maintenance**: Assist in the upkeep of corporate entity records and manage meeting schedules for European operations.
4. **Employee Compensation Support**: Facilitate the employee inventor compensation process for Europe, including drafting necessary documents and managing the signing process.
5. **Legal Template Management**: Support the management of legal templates, ensuring that the latest versions are communicated to relevant business groups.
6. **Intranet Presence**: Enhance and maintain the legal department's presence on the Intranet.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in contract database administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft O365, DocuSign, and HighQ.
- Strong understanding of contractual terms.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal clients across Europe and globally.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
