We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Danpower as a Technical Operations Manager. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.

• Technical Support: Provide technical support to our energy systems, including heat supply systems, block heat and power plants, district heating networks, and on-site power generation facilities.
• Team Management: Manage and supervise a team of technicians and engineers to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
• Service and Maintenance: Develop and implement service and maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of our equipment.
• Supply Chain Management: Ensure the secure and efficient supply of raw materials and equipment.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and problems in a timely and effective manner.
• Analysis and Improvement: Conduct regular analysis and improvement of our processes and procedures to ensure continuous optimization and efficiency.
• Asset Management: Conduct regular assessments of our technical assets to ensure they are in good working order.
• Support and Collaboration: Provide support and collaboration to other departments, including insurance and warranty claims.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Project Management: Manage and optimize business projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports and updates to management and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical operations role, preferably in the energy sector.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership and communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
