Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Custodial Worker to join our team at the Exchange. As a key member of our hospitality and restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Prepare and replenish food and beverage items as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve service and sales goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
