About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Activator to join our team at Red Bull. As a Sales Activator, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and products in the field, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including LEH, tank stations, and GAM.
- Implement and execute national key account agreements, ensuring seamless execution and distribution of our products.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
