**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and design components of protection and control technology for new substation builds in high- and medium-voltage ranges.
  • Develop secondary technology concepts and investigate, test, and evaluate variants.
  • Calculate costs for internal project approval, create tender documents for secondary technology, and oversee the procurement of goods and services.
  • Monitor costs, schedules, and quality, and prioritize work safety with regular presence on construction sites.
  • Support the optimization of technical standards, guidelines, and concepts, as well as documentation in the secondary technology area.

**Requirements:**

  • A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a Bachelor's degree with prior completion of a vocational training program and relevant experience in protection and control technology for high- and medium-voltage switchgear.
  • Experience in project management is an asset.
  • A valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel for work.
  • Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level).
  • A strong commitment to keeping promises, agreements, and deadlines, and building trust with customers, partner companies, and colleagues.
  • A willingness to receive feedback and see it as a learning opportunity.
  • A proactive approach to sharing information and knowledge, building a network, and maintaining it.
