About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our SAP IAM team at Hannover Re. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SAP authorisation architectures, collaborating with colleagues and external partners, and participating in conferences and events worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SAP authorisation architectures within the Hannover Re Group
  • Act as a contact person for colleagues, internal and external auditors, and external service providers regarding SAP Identity Access Management
  • Accompany internal and external audits and support management in the specialist area and IT on all aspects of SAP IAM
  • Collaborate in projects for SAP system implementations, changes, and enhancements as well as organisational changes related to SAP systems
  • Participate in conferences and events worldwide
Requirements
  • Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, and/or comparable knowledge acquired in practice
  • Knowledge in the analysis of organisational structures, IT, and business processes and their implementation in authorisation architectures, acquired in practice or during studies, is desirable
  • Willingness to familiarise yourself with relevant legal requirements
  • High level of integrity, communication skills, and diplomatic ability
  • German and English at a business fluent level
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, approximately two to three times a year for two to five days
