Mubea Aerostructures GmbH, a leading supplier of complex components and assemblies for the aerospace industry, is seeking a skilled Aerospace Mechanic (m/w/d) to join our team at our location in Gilching, near Munich.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain automated assembly machines to produce high-quality components according to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Set up and adjust machines for various production orders, ensuring efficient and smooth production processes.
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Document and report any quality issues or machine malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and protocols.
- Completed apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, CNC machinist, or machine operator, or equivalent training in a metalworking trade.
- Experience in CNC machining, particularly with Siemens SINUMERIK 840 D control systems.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
- Attention to detail and precision in work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts.
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and repair is an asset.
- Knowledge of Airbus-relevant standards is a plus.
