Job Description

Mubea Aerostructures GmbH, a leading supplier of complex components and assemblies for the aerospace industry, is seeking a skilled Aerospace Mechanic (m/w/d) to join our team at our location in Gilching, near Munich.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain automated assembly machines to produce high-quality components according to technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Set up and adjust machines for various production orders, ensuring efficient and smooth production processes.
  • Monitor production processes to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Document and report any quality issues or machine malfunctions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines and equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and protocols.
Requirements
  • Completed apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, CNC machinist, or machine operator, or equivalent training in a metalworking trade.
  • Experience in CNC machining, particularly with Siemens SINUMERIK 840 D control systems.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
  • Attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts.
  • Knowledge of machine maintenance and repair is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Airbus-relevant standards is a plus.
