We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tableau Consultant to join our team at Merkle DACH. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Lead client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide insights from data.
  • Consult on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success in areas like sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Design and develop dashboards to add business value and provide self-service analysis tools.
  • Provide enablement and training to business stakeholders to use dashboards effectively.
  • Work in an agile team with a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Passion for analytical problem-solving with excellent communication skills.
  • Expertise in developing Tableau dashboards with experience mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Proficiency in shaping data with complex SQL and aggregating measures at the right level of granularity.
  • Track record of good stakeholder management and requirements engineering.
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Proactive and curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Tableau Certified Data Analyst or Consultant certification is required.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential.
