HURST + SCHRÖDER GMBH is a prominent player in the household appliances sector, with a strong international presence and ongoing growth. We are currently seeking a skilled Machine and Equipment Operator (m/f/d) for our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage automated production systems, including assembly lines and printing machinery.
  • Identify and resolve production challenges effectively.
  • Ensure optimal equipment functionality and availability.
  • Monitor production quality and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Conduct maintenance activities and oversee equipment repairs.
  • Engage in initiatives aimed at process enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as a Machine and Equipment Operator or a related technical field.
  • Familiarity with printing methods such as Screen Printing, Pad Printing, and Offset Printing is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical and printing technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and systematically.
  • Strong commitment to quality and reliability.
  • Team-oriented with effective organizational skills.
  • Proficient in PC applications (MS Office).
  • Availability to work in shifts.
