We are seeking a Business Analyst to enhance customer engagement strategies by analyzing data to uncover trends, preferences, and challenges, proactively addressing issues to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
Your Responsibilities- Gather and evaluate data from various dashboards and databases to generate detailed reports.
- Detect trends and patterns in product performance and customer information.
- Formulate actionable insights and recommendations to enhance operational delivery.
- Aid in standardizing the reporting process for executive stakeholders.
- Clearly and concisely present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Quicksight).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights.
- Previous internships or projects related to data analysis and reporting are advantageous.
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources to provide actionable recommendations.
- A proactive and resilient approach to communicating trends and observations to drive improvements and ensure customer success.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is not required.
- Basic understanding of SQL for database querying.
- Familiarity with APIs and data integration techniques.
- Experience in a SaaS environment or with logistics and parcel delivery services.
