At Dornier Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team as a Renewable Energy Sales Specialist.

About the Role

We are looking for a Tender Management Coordinator to support us during acquisition, international tender processes, and further development of our core sales structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in tender preparation processes, including tender screening of international development banks and governments.
  • Involve in making proposal preparations, such as project setup in our IT system, calculation and proposal template setup.
  • Assist in making regular status reports.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and organization.
  • Maintain/update filing system and sales-data base, including documents, lists, templates, and presentations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master-Student (m/f/d) in business engineering, economics, finance, business administration, or comparable.
  • Strong interest in the renewable energy sector (solar & wind) in different market environments around the globe.
  • Fluent skill of English in speaking and writing. German skill is beneficial.
  • Structured working, self-motivated, diligent, and independent working attitude, as well as analytic and conceptual thinking.
  • Ability and capacity to manage multiple tasks and take responsibility for deadlines.
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
