Head of Quality Assurance

CAPERA GmbH & Co. KG is a prominent producer of series components and sensors for measuring flow, temperature, and pressure. With a dedicated workforce of around 350 employees, the company prides itself on its commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction across various markets.

We are currently looking for a Quality Management Director to take charge of our Quality Management department. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing the quality management framework, leading a team, establishing objectives, executing quality initiatives, and working closely with different departments to ensure adherence to international quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the quality management framework in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality management specialists.
  • Establish and track quality objectives, key performance indicators, and financial plans.
  • Coordinate both internal and external quality audits.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for certification authorities, clients, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve quality challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Advance the company's sustainability initiatives and integrate management systems.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing context.
  • Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in sustainability practices and reporting is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English.
  • Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities.
