Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Eurostyle Systems Tech Center GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, as well as providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assure the monthly closing operations related to the project controlling area, including stock management and margin analysis.
- Prepare and explain monthly closing documents, including financial statements and performance reports.
- Verify the accuracy of SAP data loading in the systems, including stock, hours, and margin data.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including time and calendar data, and capital expenditures.
- Participate in the cash forecast, sales forecast, budget, and business process development.
- Update budget and financial tools/indicators during the year, including capital expenditures and invoicing.
- Support the preparation of documents for audits and other administrative controls.
- Collaborate with the Technical Center Manager and Branch to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of new SAP functionalities.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in economics or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and fluency in German.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling in an industrial company.
- Proficiency in SAP FI-CO (ideally PS module), KEOPS, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to express opinions and support management in decision-making processes.
- Proactive, flexible, and exemplary behavior, with a strong commitment to company values and processes.
