In your role as the innovative force within the marketing department, you will oversee a variety of client initiatives. Your efforts will help individuals secure their ideal positions through targeted outreach, compelling copy, and imaginative design.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Designing, executing, and optimizing engaging Social Media Advertising campaigns
  • Creating effective landing pages focused on performance
  • Tracking and assessing the progress of assigned projects
  • Maintaining and documenting client-specific information
  • Evaluating trends, audience segments, and strategic approaches

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, media-related training, or relevant experience in online marketing
  • Strong passion for social media
  • Creativity in engaging with both visual and written content
  • Excellent proficiency in the German language with strong spelling skills
  • Organized, methodical, and capable of managing high-pressure situations
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and able to work independently
