  • Wir suchen eine Fachkraft (m/w/d) für Hygiene und Infektionsprävention, die sich für die Verstärkung unseres Teams im Christlichen Klinikum Unna begeistern kann.
  • Die Fachkraft wird sich auf die Erstellung von Hygiene- und Desinfektionsplänen auf der Basis von Leitlinien konzentrieren.
  • Die Fachkraft wird auch an der Vorbereitung, Teilnahme und Nachbereitung amtsärztlicher Begehungen in Abstimmung mit den hygienebeauftragten Ärztinnen/Ärzten teilnehmen.
  • Die Fachkraft wird sich an Maßnahmen interner und externer Qualitätssicherung in der Krankenhaushygiene beteiligen.
  • Die Fachkraft wird an hygienerelevanten Arbeitskreisen, Projekten und Qualitätszirkeln teilnehmen.
  • Die Fachkraft wird die hygienischen Vorgaben in die Pflegestandards umsetzen und entsprechende Beratung des Personals anbieten.
  • Die Fachkraft wird die Umsetzung von empfohlenen Hygienemaßnahmen kontrollieren.
  • Die Fachkraft wird Hilfestellung vor Ort bei der Anwendung von Infektionspräventionsmaßnahmen anbieten.
  • Die Fachkraft wird Schulung des Personals im Rahmen von Einzelgesprächen und Schulungsveranstaltungen anbieten.
  • Die Fachkraft wird qualitätssichernde hygienisch-mikrobiologische Umgebungsuntersuchungen durchführen.
  • Die Fachkraft wird nosokomiale Infektionen sowie multiresistente Erreger erfassen und dokumentieren.
  • Die Fachkraft wird an der Aufklärung von Transmissionsketten im Rahmen des Ausbruchsmanagements mitwirken.
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) mit Berufserfahrung.
  • Bereitschaft, die Weiterbildung zur Hygienefachkraft zu absolvieren oder bereits abgeschlossene Weiterbildung.
  • Hohe Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz.
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Gute Analysefähigkeiten in Bezug auf klinische und organisatorische Prozesse.
  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Flexibilität.
  • Team- und Belastungsfähigkeit.
  • Gute Computer-Kenntnisse, speziell im Orbis und Microsoft Office.
  • Freundliches Auftreten, hohes Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber Neuerungen.
  • Eigeninitiative und Kreativität.
  • Bereitschaft, in den weiteren Einrichtungen des Katholischen Hospitalverbundes auszuhelfen.
