Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff, ward management, and educational institutions to develop and implement effective training programs.
- Provide comprehensive practical instruction and mentorship to trainees and interns in diverse nursing settings.
- Conduct learning assessments, performance evaluations, and practical final exams to measure progress and competency.

Your Profile:
- Possess a completed Health and Nursing or Pediatric Nurse or Geriatric Nurse qualification, along with an additional certification as a practical instructor.
