Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate/Cashier to join our team at PENNY. As a Sales Associate/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Restock shelves, maintain store displays, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and promote products.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
