Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Construction Project Manager

A leading construction company, Instone Real Estate Development, is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team. If you are passionate about managing construction projects and looking for a challenging role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee construction projects with a minimum budget of 20 million euros, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project guidelines.
  • Assist in tendering and awarding construction contracts, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Lead projects according to project management guidelines, leveraging your expertise to optimize project outcomes.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and trades on site, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Handle contract variations, project costs, and monitoring, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements for the Role
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Real Estate Technology, with a strong foundation in construction principles and practices.
  • Several years of experience in residential construction and large project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and guidelines, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive project success.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Customer-focused and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
