Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Purchaser to join our team at DORST Technologies GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing internal project orders, scheduling and implementing purchase requests, and monitoring confirmed dates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal project orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to schedule and implement purchase requests, selecting suitable dates and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and track confirmed dates, ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets.
  • Procure project-related purchased parts, collaborating with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery terms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including project managers and production teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems, with experience in procurement and supply chain management.
