Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage various kitchen stations
  • Work collaboratively with fellow kitchen staff
  • Oversee and mentor apprentices and junior culinary professionals
  • Uphold exceptional quality and hygiene standards
  • Manage food orders, storage, and assist with inventory control
Required Qualifications
  • Completion of a recognized culinary apprenticeship
  • Previous experience in a fine dining environment is advantageous
  • A genuine passion for high-quality ingredients and exceptional culinary presentation
  • Creativity, a keen interest in contemporary culinary trends, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
