Your Responsibilities
If you wish to actively participate in the digitalization and consulting of financial institutions while gaining in-depth insights into strategy, risk & compliance, or technology consulting within the financial services industry, and if SAP, cloud, and business transformation excite you, then this is the ideal opportunity for you:
- As a (Senior) SAP Consultant (S/4HANA) in process and digitalization advisory, you will lead challenging and exciting (SAP S/4HANA) transformation and optimization projects for prominent national and international companies.
- You will develop business architectures for our clients, demonstrating how cloud and business transformations can be executed not only technically but also in a value-oriented and supportive manner.
- Work within a dynamic team with high motivation, taking on the role of (co-) project leader according to your experience.
- Additionally, you will support companies on a process level (e.g., S/4HANA preliminary studies) as well as in later implementation projects.
- Conduct quality management and assurance as part of S/4HANA transformations.
- Actively assist in proposal development and presentations for our clients.
- Shape the digital transformation in financial institutions using methodologies such as design thinking or project management approaches.
- Furthermore, you will enhance IT architecture environments in banking control areas.
- Advise the CIO on realizing transformations through the analysis and implementation of architecture models, IT governance, IT security, or IT cost management.
- To become a (Senior) SAP Consultant (S/4HANA) in process and digitalization advisory, you should possess a completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, (business) informatics, (business) mathematics, natural sciences, law, or a comparable field.
- You should have at least 5-7 years of professional experience in the financial industry, service companies, cross-industry, or consulting firms, or a comparable background in SAP with a focus on SAP S/4HANA (Finance).
- At least 5-7 years of specific experience in the conceptualization of S/4HANA (Finance) and customization knowledge in SAP S/4HANA in core modules such as FI, CO, treasury management, or overarching topics essential for an S/4HANA transformation, such as business partner and reporting in the context of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAP SAC) or SAP BW/4HANA.
- Ideally, you should have initial project management and leadership experience.
- A proficient command of standard MS Office applications is required.
- You should possess fluent German and English language skills.
- Willingness to travel to provide on-site consulting for our clients is essential.
- You will impress our clients with your deep expertise, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
