Sterilisation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sterilisation Assistant to join our team at Schüchtermann-Schiller'sche Kliniken Bad Rothenfelde GmbH & Co. KG. As a Sterilisation Assistant, you will be responsible for the preparation of medical devices according to hygienic and manufacturer-specific guidelines.

• Prepare medical devices for use in accordance with hygienic and manufacturer-specific guidelines
• Demonstrate and document the processes of medical device preparation
• Support in the maintenance and validation of medical devices
• Assist in the training and development of colleagues

• Experience as a Sterilisation Assistant or Medical Device Preparation Specialist
• First-hand knowledge of medical device preparation and sterilisation processes
• Technical affinity and good IT skills
• Motivation and willingness to take on responsibility
