The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a team player with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. You'll be responsible for overseeing operational aspects of our site in Dusseldorf, managing building systems, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee building systems maintenance and cleaning
  • Drive processes and standards to ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations
  • Manage and track preventive and corrective maintenance programs
  • Negotiate with facilities services providers and contractors
  • Drive the strategy for effective planning and scheduling of critical maintenance
  • Continuously evaluate facilities process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Oversee construction projects and new openings
  • Conduct quality checks and provide feedback to development
  • Be the first point of contact for facility maintenance emergencies
  • Handle building security, access control, and CCTV systems
  • Support and interact with different teams, such as sales and community teams

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in operations, with a background in facility management
  • Knowledge of security systems, IT, and AV equipment
  • Proactive, independent, and a team player with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
