Role Overview
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, proactive, and client-focused individual to take charge of customer interactions and collaborations at our premier locations. This role involves close cooperation with the Customer Engagement Lead to guarantee a seamless Customer Experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a top-tier end-to-end experience, managing everything from the booking process to the execution and follow-up of customer interactions and stakeholder meetings.
  • Facilitate both internal and external booking requests efficiently.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external meetings, design thinking workshops, and events on-site.
  • Coordinate requests with external partners, sales and services teams, and development units.
  • Support the team in creating meeting agendas.
  • Manage our stakeholder management tool using Airtable.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
  • Preferred fields of study include business administration, marketing, event management, design, project management, or related disciplines.
  • Proficient in software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams; familiarity with Airtable is advantageous.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships and collaborate effectively across various organizational levels.
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating creativity, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach.
  • A true TEAM PLAYER.
