Electrical Department Head

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join our team at Niedersachsen Ports GmbH & Co. KG. As an Electrical Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the electrical workshop and training team, overseeing all electrical work, creating electrical plans, and performing pre- and post-calculation of electrical work.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical workshop and training team
• Oversee all electrical work and ensure compliance with VDE regulations
• Create electrical plans and specifications
• Perform pre- and post-calculation of electrical work
• Document electrical work according to VDE regulations
• Support the creation and maintenance of documentation for energy audits

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a completed apprenticeship as an electrician or equivalent qualification, as well as extensive experience in personnel management, work preparation, personnel deployment, calculation, and material procurement.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrician or equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience in personnel management, work preparation, personnel deployment, calculation, and material procurement
• Valid driver's license (class B)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and office programs
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties and training programs
