Equity Advisory Specialist 2024 (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

As an Equity Advisory Specialist, your role will evolve based on your experience, with responsibilities increasing over time:

  • Developing and preparing client presentations and pitches for Equity Advisory and cross-product initiatives.
  • Assisting in the formulation of Investor Relations strategies, ESG initiatives, communication guidance, and equity market assessments.
  • Conducting thorough research and analysis on industries and companies.
  • Staying informed about developments in the capital markets.
  • Managing execution tasks for specific projects.

Your Profile

Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Outstanding Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
  • Relevant professional experience in Corporate Advisory, Corporate Broking, or Equity Sales/Research at a reputable bank or advisory firm.
  • Exceptional analytical and technical skills.
  • Direct experience with transactions in German-speaking markets.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Datastream, and Thomson Reuters.
  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is essential.

As part of the Equity Advisory team, you will collaborate closely with senior team members, product and industry specialists, as well as relationship managers on the origination and execution of Investment Banking mandates. This role encompasses a variety of tasks, including providing management and Investor Relations officers of our corporate clients with market intelligence and updates on sectors and stocks. Furthermore, the Equity Advisory team offers guidance on all capital market communication matters, including equity narratives, ESG strategies, and investor targeting.
